At EVOLVE, we talk a lot about the “biological clock,” but we prefer to think about it as a “biological compass.” Knowing where you stand doesn’t just give you data—it gives you the freedom to make decisions about your future on your own terms.To celebrate the month of friendship and self-care, we’re doing something special.

From now until March 31, 2026, we are waiving the fees for fertility testing at our Toronto clinics. Whether you’ve been following us for a while, have already spoken with one of our nurses, or are just starting to get curious about egg freezing, this is your window to get the clarity you deserve.

What exactly is a “Fertility Work-Up”?

We’ve designed our process to feel like a high-end boutique experience rather than a hospital visit. Your fertility testing at EVOLVE includes:

Comprehensive Bloodwork: We check your AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone) to assess your egg reserve, along with FSH, LH, and Estradiol to get a full picture of your hormone health.
Timed Ultrasound: An Antral Follicle Count (AFC) to see your growing eggs in real-time.
Expert Follow-Up: An in-person appointment with an EVOLVE physician to review your results and a 15-minute clarity call with our fertility naturopath.

How It Works

We want to make this as seamless as possible. Here is how to lock in your testing:

1. If you’re new to EVOLVE:

Simply book your initial 30-minute nurse consultation by February 28th. This call is free, via phone, and designed to answer all your “what-ifs.” Once you’ve recently had your call and haven’t completed fertility testing, you’ll be eligible for the waived testing fees (before March 31st).

2. If you’ve already spoken with an EVOLVE nurse:

If you’ve had your phone consult but haven’t completed your testing yet, you’re already one step ahead. You have until March 31st to complete your testing at our clinic. If you need a referral or have questions about the next steps, just reach out—we’ll get you sorted.

3. The Logistics:

Fertility testing is cycle-dependent, meaning your appointments will need to be coordinated with “Day 1” of your menstrual cycle. To have your fees waived, your testing appointment must be completed at our Downtown or North York clinic by March 31st, 2026.

Eligibility & Details

To ensure we provide the highest level of specialized care, this program is available under the following criteria:

Age: EVOLVE works with individuals between 25–39 years of age.
Location: Available to individuals located within Canada only.
Coverage: A valid OHIP card is required to have your testing fees waived.
