Driving & Parking
Evolve is located in downtown Toronto on the 11th floor of 655 Bay St. The closest major intersection is Bay St. and Gerrard St. E. There is an Impark parkade in the building (entrance and exit are off Elm St). Paid municipal street parking is available in both directions on Elm St.
The nearest subway stop is Dundas West, take the path through the Bay Atrium and exit onto Bay St. Evolve is 1 block north.

Do I need a referral?
You don’t need a referral to speak with an egg freezing nurse specialist. However, if you’re ready to begin the process, you’ll need a referral from your doctor to cover your consultation with an Evolve physician. If you don’t have a family physician, simply contact us to arrange the referral.
Is it covered under OHIP? Can I afford it?

Evolve has implemented stringent safety policies to help protect patients and staff, including strict cleaning and disinfection protocols, social distancing, rapid testing before treatment and masks.
