Frequently Asked Questions
Can all my appointments be at EVOLVE Midtown?
At EVOLVE Midtown, you can complete essential appointments like consultations, cycle monitoring, ultrasounds, and blood tests. However, egg retrievals and specialized procedures take place at EVOLVE's downtown clinic.
How often will I visit the clinic?
Your initial fertility testing can be completed in just one day at our Midtown clinic. This includes bloodwork timed to your cycle and both transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasounds.
If you decide to proceed with egg freezing, you’ll need to visit the clinic every two to three days in the morning during the first two weeks of your menstrual cycle. Bloodwork and an ultrasound (similar to your fertility test) will be performed to monitor follicle growth.
Following your egg retrieval, a follow-up visit will be scheduled with your doctor to review your results and discuss next steps.
Can my appointment(s) be virtual?
We do offer virtual first appointments at EVOLVE Midtown. Please indicate on your referral form that you wish to have your doctor consult virtually.
Is there a pharmacy on-site?
There is no pharmacy onsite, but we are able to provide the medications you will need during your egg retrieval cycle.
