Tavia McLachlan, BA/BPHE, MBA (She/Her)

Tavia McLachlan joins EVOLVE as Director of Special Projects. She holds a double degree from Queen’s University along with a Master’s in Business from the University of Athabasca.

Tavia brings close to 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. In her experience as a consultant, she has helped both large and small healthcare and not-for-profit businesses make a difference in their patients’ lives.

In her spare time, she sits as the Director of Membership Engagement and Marketing for Olympium Artistic Swim Club and volunteers as an ambassador for One2Give. She also enjoys connecting with students as an adjunct professor of marketing and strategy at George Brown College in Toronto.
