How to Use the iMineIVF App at EVOLVE
At EVOLVE, we use the secure iMineIVF app to share your cycle instructions throughout treatment. Once your account is set up, the app allows you to view clear, timely updates after each appointment — including what medications to take, when to return to clinic, and what to expect next.
This keeps your care organized and easy to access, all in one place.
You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play by searching iMineIVF. The app costs $4.00 through your device’s app store.
Please note: You will not be able to connect to the app until after you have reported your Day 1 and your account has been set up by the EVOLVE team.
Important:
• This app is not compatible with Windows, Blackberry, or non-English phones
• Please turn off notifications for the iMineIVF app — they do not work reliably
• On days you are in clinic, check (or refresh by pulling down) your app after 3:30pm for updated instructions
• Be sure to keep your app updated through the App Store or Google Play
First-Time Login
The first time you log in, you will need to verify your identity and create a new password.
Step 1: Log in with your temporary credentials
• Clinic ID: provided to you by EVOLVE
• Temporary Password: your Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD)
• Site: LQ
Step 2: Create your password
You will be prompted to create a new password. You will only need to do this once. We recommend saving your password somewhere secure so it’s easy to access later.
Step 3: Enter your verification code
You will receive a one-time verification code by email. Enter this code into the app to complete your setup. Once this step is complete, you will have full access to your account.
Logging In After the First Time
After your initial setup:
Step 1: Enter your Clinic ID
Step 2: Enter your password
Step 3: Enter LQ for the Site
Step 4: Tap Login
Using the App
During your cycle, it’s important to check both the Plan tab and the Meds tab after each appointment.
Plan Tab
The Plan tab shows your upcoming appointments and instructions. This includes things like bloodwork, ultrasounds, and any additional steps you need to follow.
This is where you’ll find when to return to clinic and what to expect at each visit.
Meds Tab
The Meds tab shows your medication instructions, including:
- Medication name
- Dose
- Number of days to take each medication
Your medication plan may change throughout your cycle, so it’s important to review this section carefully after each visit.
Syncing to Your Calendar
You can sync selected instructions from the app to your smartphone calendar.
To do this, enable calendar access for iMineIVF in your phone settings. Then, within the app, select the instruction you’d like to sync and tap “Sync.”
This can be helpful for keeping track of appointments and medication timing.
